Welcome to Paperus! By using https://paperus.tech/ (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Paperus generates social media posts from user-provided documents (PDFs, URLs, or plain text). You must own or have rights to all Content you upload.

2. Account Registration

Login is via LinkedIn, and accounts are personal. Account sharing is prohibited.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits: Each new user receives 20 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased on demand and do not expire.
• Bonus Credits: Occasional bonus credits may be awarded to high-usage users.
• Non-Transferable: Credits are non-transferable; contact support for exceptions.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe, subject to Stripe’s terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• User Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload and generate.
• Service IP: The technology behind Paperus is exclusively owned by Patrick.

5. User Conduct

• Do not share accounts or use the Service for illegal activities.
• Report any bugs to [email protected]; exploiting bugs may result in a ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

Paperus is provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, with disputes resolved in French courts.
